Common questions

Do my videos stay on your servers?

No. The original file is deleted once processing finishes, and the result is deleted within 24 hours, or as soon as you start a new video.

Will the app post anything without my permission?

No. Nothing is sent to TikTok until you choose who can watch and press the post button yourself.

Can I disconnect my TikTok account?

Yes, at any time from the posting screen in the app. The connection data is removed from our server.

Do you guarantee quality after upload?

The app prepares your video with the best settings it can, but each platform re-processes videos in its own way, and we do not control the final result.
